面對伊波拉，最大的敵人是人類自已

無國界醫師有20年伊波拉治療經驗；幾乎完勝無人因治療病人感染，除了今年一位在最疫情最重的地方感染，之後也改良了標準作業。結論是：要取經有經驗的人，最好準備最重要。和愛滋病和SARS一開始完全沒人知道病因、病源、傳染方式相比，人類還是已經有一點優勢。重點是能不能克服人類自己的心理、社會和政治上的弱點。沒有英雄，只有傳承和系統制度的建立和執行；在完善系統下，每個人都是英雄，每個戰力都很重要。
